How to Use
- Rinse the coffee phin with hot water before brewing.
- Place the phin over a suitable cup.
- Add Vietnamese ground coffee to the filter chamber.
- Position the filter press over the coffee and press it down gently.
- Add a small amount of hot water and allow the coffee to bloom.
- Slowly add more hot water and cover the phin with the lid.
- Allow the coffee to drip into the cup before serving.
Avoid pressing the coffee too firmly, as this may slow or prevent the water from passing through. Pressing too lightly may cause the coffee to drip too quickly and produce a weaker flavor.
