What products does Volga Trading sell?

How long does delivery take?
Most international orders are delivered within 5–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary because of customs clearance, holidays, weather, or local courier delays.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Every shipment includes a tracking number. We will send the tracking information to your email after your order has been shipped.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?

What should I do if my address is incorrect?
Contact us immediately with the correct address. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery information.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item should be returned in its original condition, with its packaging and accessories where applicable.
How will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, an approved refund will be sent to the same PayPal account used for the original payment.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers normally pay return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return is caused by our error.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
