About Volga Trading

Volga Trading is operated by Volga Trading and Travel Company Limited, a legally registered company based in Vietnam. We provide selected Vietnamese consumer products to individual customers and business partners in eligible international markets.

Our product range may include Vietnamese coffee, tea, health and wellness products, personal care items, traditional goods, handicrafts and other products made in or sourced from Vietnam.

The products, categories and services available through our website may be updated, expanded, restricted or discontinued without prior notice.

Eligibility and customer responsibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you. Where required, customers under the age of legal majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

When using our website or placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete customer information.
• Provide a valid billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone number.
• Keep your account credentials secure and prevent unauthorised use of your account.
• Use the website and purchased products only for lawful purposes.
• Comply with applicable consumer, customs and import regulations in your destination country.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you have informed us promptly that your account may have been accessed without permission.

Product information and availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product names, descriptions, specifications, ingredients, quantities, images, prices and availability accurately. Product information is provided for general purchasing purposes and should be reviewed carefully before an order is placed.

Actual packaging, labelling, colours, dimensions or appearance may differ slightly from website images because of manufacturer updates, production batches, photography, lighting or screen settings.

Products remain subject to availability. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it, and an item may become unavailable before payment or order processing has been completed.

We may correct errors, omissions or inaccurate product information and may update or withdraw products without prior notice.

Pricing, currency and additional charges

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website. Prices and promotional offers may change without prior notice, but changes will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product and shipping prices do not include import duties, customs charges, destination taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed after a shipment reaches the destination country.

Currency conversion may be performed by your payment provider, card issuer or PayPal. Any exchange rate, foreign transaction charge or conversion fee applied by a third party is outside our control.

If a price is displayed incorrectly because of a technical or human error, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.

Orders and order acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms & Conditions. All orders are subject to payment confirmation, product availability, destination restrictions and our acceptance.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including:

• A product is unavailable or incorrectly priced.
• Payment cannot be verified or has not been completed.
• The billing or delivery information appears incomplete or incorrect.
• The destination is unavailable or subject to shipping restrictions.
• The order appears fraudulent, unauthorised or unusually high risk.
• The quantity ordered suggests unauthorised resale or misuse.
• Processing the order may breach applicable law or carrier rules.

Where an order is cancelled after payment, we will arrange a refund for the cancelled amount through the original payment method, subject to normal payment-provider processing times.

Payment

We accept PayPal and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. Available payment options may vary according to location, currency, order value or payment-provider requirements.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed for dispatch. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Payments may be processed by independent third-party providers. We do not directly store your complete card number, card security code or PayPal login credentials.

A payment provider may perform security, identity or fraud-prevention checks and may decline, delay or reverse a transaction according to its own terms and procedures.

Shipping, delivery and tracking

We provide international shipping to eligible destinations. Available services, shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the destination, package weight, product type, carrier and customs requirements.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs inspection, carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, local delivery conditions, security checks or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. We are not responsible for delay, non-delivery or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided after dispatch. Tracking information may require additional time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.

Customs, import duties and destination restrictions

International shipments may be inspected or assessed by customs and other authorities in the destination country. You are responsible for checking whether the products in your order may legally be imported, possessed and used at the destination.

The recipient is responsible for import duties, customs charges, destination taxes, clearance fees, brokerage charges and any other amounts imposed by local authorities or delivery providers.

Customs processes and decisions are outside our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Volga Trading is not responsible for:

• Customs inspection or clearance delays.
• Import duties, taxes or administrative charges.
• Requests for additional information from local authorities.
• Refusal, confiscation, destruction or return of restricted goods.
• Losses caused by a customer’s failure to comply with destination import requirements.

Order cancellation and modification

A cancellation or modification request should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but a request cannot be guaranteed once processing, packing or dispatch has begun.

An order is not considered cancelled until Volga Trading confirms the cancellation. Messages sent outside normal processing hours may not be reviewed before an order enters fulfilment.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled under our applicable return procedures.

Returns, damaged items and refunds

Return eligibility depends on the product, its condition, the reason for return and the time elapsed since delivery. Certain products may not be returnable because of hygiene, safety, health, deterioration or regulatory considerations.

If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly and provide sufficient evidence for assessment. We may request:

• Your order number and contact information.
• A clear explanation of the problem.
• Photographs of the product and its condition.
• Photographs of the parcel, shipping label and external damage.
• Other reasonable information required to review the claim.

Do not discard the product, packaging or shipping materials until we confirm that they are no longer required for the claim.

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing times may apply after a refund has been issued by us.

Acceptable website use

You may use this website only for legitimate personal or business purchasing purposes and in accordance with applicable law.

You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Submit false, misleading or unauthorised customer information.
• Interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful automated requests.
• Scrape, copy or collect website content or customer data without permission.
• Use our name, logo, product content or website design to impersonate Volga Trading.
• Purchase products for unlawful resale, prohibited export or other unauthorised purposes.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe that these requirements have been breached.

Intellectual property

Website content, including our company name, logos, text, graphics, product descriptions, photographs, illustrations, icons, layouts and page designs, is owned by Volga Trading or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.

You may access and display website content for personal, non-commercial purchasing purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, sell, licence or commercially exploit such content without prior written permission.

Product names, manufacturer logos and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not transfer any ownership rights to Volga Trading or website users.

Third-party websites and services

Our website may contain links to payment providers, delivery carriers, tracking services, social platforms, manufacturers or other independent third parties.

These services are operated under their own terms, policies and security practices. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, content, actions or privacy practices.

A link is provided for convenience and does not necessarily constitute endorsement. You should review the relevant third party’s terms and policies before providing personal information or using its services.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We take reasonable care in operating our website and processing orders. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure or free from technical errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Volga Trading will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from use of the website, inability to access it, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

Where our liability may legally be limited, our total liability in relation to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid to us for the affected products, except where a different remedy is required by law.

Privacy and cookies

We process personal information needed to operate the website, manage customer accounts, process orders, arrange delivery, provide support and meet legal or security obligations.

Governing law and dispute resolution

Continued use of the website after updated terms are published means that the updated terms will apply to your subsequent use of the website. Terms applying to an accepted order will normally be those in effect when the order was placed.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
