Ha Giang Ancient Tree Shan Tuyet Black Tea 200g
Discover the distinctive flavor of Ha Giang Ancient Tree Shan Tuyet Black Tea, a traditional Vietnamese tea produced from tea leaves grown naturally in the high mountains of northern Vietnam.
The tea is made from tender buds and young leaves harvested from ancient Shan Tuyet tea trees in the Tay Con Linh mountain region. These trees grow naturally at elevations above 1,200 meters, where the cool mountain climate helps develop the tea’s characteristic aroma and depth of flavor.
Flavor and Appearance
- Tea liquor: Clear amber-red to reddish-brown color
- Aroma: Delicate fragrance with subtle notes of ripe fruit
- Taste: Mild astringency with a gentle fruity acidity
- Finish: Smooth and naturally sweet aftertaste
Traditional Mountain Tea
After harvesting, the tea leaves are carefully processed and oxidized under controlled temperature and humidity conditions. This traditional production method creates a balanced black tea with a rich aroma, attractive liquor and lingering sweetness.
When brewed correctly, the leaves may be infused several times, allowing the flavor to develop gradually with each infusion.
How to Brew
- Rinse the teapot with hot water to warm it.
- Add approximately 6g of tea leaves to the teapot.
- Quickly rinse the leaves with hot water and discard the first rinse.
- Add approximately 180ml of freshly boiled water.
- Steep for about 10–15 seconds.
- Pour out the tea completely before preparing the next infusion.
Adjust the quantity of tea leaves and steeping time according to your preferred strength. Later infusions may require a slightly longer steeping time.
