Ha Giang Ancient Shan Tuyet White Tea is a premium Vietnamese specialty tea made from tender young buds harvested from centuries-old Shan Tuyet tea trees growing in Hoang Su Phi, Ha Giang.

The tea is collected during a limited seasonal harvest and gently processed to preserve its natural aroma, delicate appearance and smooth flavor. When brewed, it produces a clear, bright infusion with a refined forest fragrance and a naturally mild sweetness.

How to Brew

  1. Rinse the teapot and cups with hot water.
  2. Add approximately 8–10g of tea leaves to the teapot.
  3. Quickly rinse the leaves with hot water and discard the first rinse.
  4. Add approximately 200ml of hot water at 95–100°C.
  5. Steep for 50–60 seconds, depending on your preferred strength.
  6. Pour out all the tea before beginning the next infusion.

The tea leaves may be infused several times. Gradually increase the steeping time for later infusions.
