Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@volgatrading.com and include your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Volga Trading reserves the right to cancel an order due to payment issues, incorrect pricing, unavailable products, or shipping restrictions. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.
